“This townhome in Walden on Lake Conroe was a perfect location for our family getaway. The townhouse is clean and very spacious for all family members. The upstairs bathrooms are a little dated but work fine for teens and kids. The townhouse is in a convenient location near the marina and yacht club. We look forward to future stays in this townhome!”

“Check in was smooth and loved that there was a gift basket waiting for us. We had a great time. Security at the entrance to the neighborhood was very strict and made us roll down the back windows to prove who was in the car but other than that we had a great time”

The freeway is quite loud for those in the back bedrooms. Other than that it was a great experience for myself, my partner and my family. ”

“The home is a nice, clean & well decorated, located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to stores. The kitchen was stocked with every kind of dish & appliance, (even a margarita machine that we wish we would have known about) but if you are planning to cook, there are no condiments furnished, i.e. salt, pepper, sweeteners, coffee filters. We had to go to the store to buy more toilet paper & paper towels. We understand every vacation rental is different, but we were a little……

“We never got to stay here. They never removed the listing off the site. No one ever communicated that we weren’t going to be able to stay here until I called at the time for check in.”

“We are repeat renters, not taking anything from host, no fault there. There was spider webs all in the house. And still is, ceilings, lights, under the beds. I just think he needs to get a whole new cleaning crew. Or hire someone to check behind the cleaning crew before they leave. It is such a nice property to get bad reviews due to the cleaning issues. But because of the location of the property and the niceness of it we will continue to rent the property. House was very nice and pleasant.……
