“整體來講好好，只係張床太柔軟，令我們腰酸背痛 . 望改善，附近好方便有多間超市，還有就是停車場方便須改善的，有朋友探訪停車場收費機有問題（以為她張信用卡有問題，本人下樓用三張信用卡都給不了⋯）而且抄牌超快因前方問題上，真的費解？”

“有置物櫃可以寄放行李，兩台洗衣機跟兩台烘衣機，各投幣兩塊，隨時都可以洗烘。入住後發現去孩子的語言學校可以改搭公車超方便公車還行經捷運站到市中心👍 買水走出去轉個彎路口轉角就有間簡易的便利商店對面還有間shoppers Drug Mart，雖然這間無法好好購買想要煮的食材房間乾淨、整體空間大、廚房方便料理，非常喜歡的格局應要挑剔的大概是會看見蟲在屋內…以為八樓高的樓層應該不會有蒼蠅、瓢蟲跟不知名的蟲”

“Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

“景觀、服務都很好、購物搭車吃飯超級方便大廳及前面廣場很美”

“I received an email at 10pm the night before our stay to say this reservation was cancelled. The note said “water leakage has still not been fixed due to heavy rain”. There had never been an alert that there was possibly a problem - the 10pm cancellation was the first we’d heard of it. Needles to say, we had to scramble to find alternate accommodation for the next day. We had to stay in a motel in Richmond. I highly recommend not booking this property that has such poor communication.”

“We were attending an event at Tigh Na Mara and this was the perfect location as we were right across the road from the resort. Super close to town and amazingly quiet ”

“The house was really nice and pretty! Though I was a little confused with the check-in process... we were provided a code to enter, but I wasn't sure where the keypad was. My roommate and I had to ring the doorbell to get in. I also assumed that we'd be having the whole house (at least from the description) but I think you have the specifically request the entire house. Which makes sense because the house is really really big. The guest rooms are upstairs. They're clean, but they have remnants……

“Friendly and very responsive host. Great location. Really liked the view from the condo. Check in wasn’t that complicated, but could have been easier. Disappointed at how old the unit was for the price. Also there was no A/C or fan in the unit and it was very hot. Had to leave the slider and windows open all night, but flies kept coming in and that was very annoying. The bed didn’t fit the bed frame and it wasn’t ideal… I’m not sure I would stay here again unless the price was cheaper.……
