“O local ainda estava em obras e, embora a responsável fosse muito educada, havia muita poeira devido à obra, a porta do quarto tinha problemas com a fechadura, o anúncio deveria informar que a água disponível não era potável. Não existem elevadores no prédio, então para chegar em andares maiores há somente a escada. Contudo a vista do prédio é muito bonita”

“There are a limited number of short-term rentals in San Andre’s. We will probably rent this same property next year. Overall, we were very satisfied. Apartment could stand a little (not much) TLC with some low cost fixes. Property manager, who was extremely helpful, assured me she would initiate those repairs. Apartment is on a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the beach. No need to rent a car and parking would be a problem anyway. The pool was clean and very nice but older. The pool……

“Very nice to be outside of town and have a great view of the sea and our own pool. There were iguanas, other lizards, and giant hermit crabs in the yard. Geckos hanging out in the patio. Quick trip by mule wherever you wanted to be. Staff was incredible.”

“We have various incidents in this place, i wont recommended staying here. For example, the a/c didn't work , it took almost 4 days to resolve this issue. Secondly, the shower had no water pressure at all. The reception moved us to another apartment and it got worse, the bathroom sink was leaking and the entire bathroom got flooded, the a/c unit had this weird smell very unacceptable. I wont recommended staying here, management never took care of my issues poor communication.”

“The staff at the house were kind, helpful and prompt to address any of our requests. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable but could use some repairs. We had a torrential rain one night and the rain poured into the house through doors and windows. The wifi did not reach most places in the house, so that was inconvenient when we needed to be inside due to rain.
