“The facilities is good and spacious, very close to tram station, it takes 30mins tram to Amsterdam central. You need to set up the extra bed yourself but I found a silverfish in the blanket cabinet under the sofa. ”

“Für ein Wochenende als Schlafplatz nach der Party bestens geeignet. Ruhige idyllische Umgebung, jedoch der Nahverkehr is etwas umständlich (2 mal umsteigen) wenn man in die Stadt will.”

“Wir hätten eine nicht geputzte verdreckte Unterkunft. Niemand sah sich in der Lage und zu helfen mit einer Ausweichunterkunft oder Hotel für eine Nacht. Nach 6 Stunden Anreise blieb uns nur die Abreise für 6 Stunden anstatt einer Woche Urlaub. ... Bisher auch noch keine Reaktion auf E-Mails und Telefonate.”

“This boathouse was perfect for my partner and I! We took public transportation into Amsterdam everyday (20 minute walk to the bus stop, then a 10 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute tram ride to city center) it was so nice to come back to a quite place right on the water afterwards to relax. The only downsides were that there were no soap in the hand soap dispensers and that the public laundry was out of order, other than that it was perfect! Thank you!”

“Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Natur pur. Die Wildgänse und Enten hatten gerade ihr Jungen, für uns aus nächster Nähe zu beobachten. Gegenüber der Terrasse - Naturschutzgebiet. Leider haben wir die Fahrräder nicht mitgenommen. Einen Mangel haben wir zu beklagen. Es waren die Matratzen, sie waren durchgelegen. Sollen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Die Unterkunft ist für Naturliebhaber zu empfehlen.”

“A very quiet and cosy place ! Nice flat with all the necessary equipment ! All the surrounding is covered of flower greenhouses. The host was also very nice and friendly ! All the family appreciated the place and the stay we had in the Netherlands”

“The place is lovely, but beware of Belvilla. I meant to book through Vrbo but had trouble with my American credit card so went through Belvilla instead. Huge mistake. I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. They tried telling me they could not get in touch with the holiday park. I called the holiday park and they said THEY could not cancel……

“We were so thankful for the home like hospitality after traveling for a week and a half through hotels. This boat house was the perfect place to recharge before more tourist travel. Although it is pretty far from Amsterdam proper by train and about 20 minutes by ride share, the benefit is that you are in the heart of Aalsmeer a quaint little town with charming shops, restaurants and grocers. We were a party of three and close family so the European coziness did not really bother us. The home……
