"Everything about this trip was ELITE. Communication was great, the property manager/owner really cares about your stay and experience, and you can feel that. The house itself is incredible. The kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, sitting rooms, deck space, game room, guest house, all simply outstanding. The beach is less than 50 steps from the door. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Appreciated the "accessories" - the hot tub, swimming pool, grills, Keurig, pool table, ping pong table, foosball...

"This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean. "

"This is our second trip to the Grand Beach Neighborhood. We traveled with our girls, their husbands and grandchildren and their dogs. The accommodations were perfect. The full kitchen was perfect as we brought food to prepare while we stayed. The unit was very Clean and the in unit washer and dryer came in handy with the kiddos. We loved the Saturday breakfast was delicious and Pamela was so inviting and helpful. The evening bonfires were a fun gathering area and loved the common area hangout....

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home! Everything was very clean and neat. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The home was well stocked with anything we might need. Our favorite room was the large screened in porch, where we spent a lot of time! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a great place to walk. We love visiting Saugatuck and look forward to staying in this home again!"

After arriving we tried our absolute best to get the WiFi but it would not connect. I sent her another email with no reply the entire 4 days we were there "
