「This place is perfectly located for a visit in Yosemite! We were in the valley within 20 minutes and we loved that we could get away from the crowds easily. The house was perfect for two couples. It was comfortable and unlike many rentals we've stayed in, this place was well stocked with everything we needed. If I had one wish, it would be that the hot tub needs to be turned up higher. It's currently maxed at 100 and having a spa of my own, 103 is optimal especially after a 16-mile hike in...

It was more remote than I was expecting but we came prepared with groceries for the duration of our stay so was not a problem that there were no restaurants nearby. The refrigerator did stop working on the last day of our stay but that was just bad luck and not a reflection of the property.」

「We have stayed at Yosemite West at least 6 other times, booking through other listing agents. Never had any issues. We are always 100% satisfied and happy with everything.. Not so much this time through VRBO/Vacasa. #1. There is no phone in the unit. There are signs all over that tell you a number to call with issues, but that number is to an out of state place... not someone local to deal with anything.. AND - since there is no cell reception.. and no phone... the only way to deal with any...

「Nice cabin with about an hour drive to both the north or south entrance of Yosemite. Close to Mariposa and its restaurant and shops and an overall nice cabin for a family vacation. Also a great place for stargazing.」

「This was a great home base for my wife and I during our visit to Yosemite! The cabin is clean and off the road a bit so it’s nice and quiet and dark, just as we wanted. Owner left a snack basket for us which was a nice touch. Only surprise was that the Master BR was on the second floor and the bathroom upstairs didn’t have a bath or shower in it. Not that big of a big deal, but worth noting. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!」

「Our family had a great stay at the Storybook Chalet. I appreciated all of the supplies provided- shampoo, conditioner, dish and laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee and even hot cocoa. We all enjoyed playing pool and the hot tub in our down time. It’s a lovely home and the location can’t be beat. We didn’t have to worry about waiting in long lines to get in or making reservations. 「The property is very convenient for a visit to Yosemite and is located inside the park. The location is good with parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for up to 8 people. There is good cooking equipment and lots of room to sit. There is no internet, TV or cell service at the cabin. The carpets are quite stained and generally things are a bit shabby, but generally clean and spacious.」
