“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。
幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。
當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。
當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“Perfect place to stay with a family or two at a fair price. If you want a romantic place, it’s not the right fit, but the location is amazing, it sleeps a ton of people, has an amazing balcony and a fun funky vibe. I’d absolutely seat there again.”

“Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und dem Hauswart. Der Check-in war einfach und das Chalet ist hervorragend ausgestattet für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Anfahrt mit einem großen Auto ist allerdings etwas anspruchsvoll, da das Chalet recht weit entfernt vom Dorf an einem Berghang liegt.”

“My family and friends very much enjoyed out stay in the Montreux Holiday Home hosted by Emma & Guillaume.

“The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. Good hotel with new hosting system
"It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000
Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "

A Four-star hotel in 2026! Misleading information!
"My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst during our short stay. AVOID AT ALL COST!!"
