“Very cozy atmosphere. Very well stocked. Very very clean. It was excellent.”

“Had a wonderful Thanksgiving on the shores of lake Erie. My kids, grandkids, dogs and i enjoyed the property. Very clean , comfortable home, everything we had hoped it would be!”

“Fishing and shooting vacation”

“We really enjoyed this adorable place to crash during our Cedar Point weekend. Decor was adorable - cute seasonal touches that really made this feel homey. We had 6 people, and the bed configuration was a bit confusing when we first arrived, but we made it work. (There's no bunk bed, but a trundle under the twin bed. It just can't be used well in the bedroom because it blocks the door from opening all the way.) Everything was very clean, and there were plenty of linens and extra touches like……

“We stayed two nights here for Halloweekends at Cedar Point. The house was great and had plenty of room for my wife and I and two of our adult children and their spouses. Everything was clean and in great working order. We enjoyed the location especially, since it was close to both Cedar Point and Lake Erie. Highly recommend! ”

“Everyone loved staying here, and the house was plenty warm even in the cold weather. There were also plenty of extra blankets for the chronically cold members of the family. Five stars! Hand soap and dishwasher soap was full +++. We used that a lot. We used the iron. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common space were very clean +++. Wi-Fi and tv were a big + for Christmas movies and football. We used the crockpot. Plenty of silverware and dishes for a party of our size. Two refrigerators came in very……

“We've stayed in Rye Beach area many times for sports tournament weekends. Very convenient location. Neighborhood homes are hit or miss - but in general one feels safe. Home itself could use some more comfy seating in the living area and more kitchen items but beds were comfy and having two bathrooms is nice. Playground is close by too.”

“Very nice, owners very accommodating ”

“We stayed here with our family and 2 pups. It was a short <20 min drive to Cedar Point, which was the purpose of our trip. Our teenagers loved the park/playground being about a block and a half away and we loved the small beach by the lake where you could see Cedar Point. There were a lot of, what we assume mayflies, but that is expected being right near the water and the time of year. It fit us all comfortably without feeling on top of each other and we can’t wait for our next trip that will……

“This home was a great place for my siblings and I to meet and continue to work on our parent’s estate. We had the use of lots of table space, comfortable bedrooms, sitting areas to view family movies and slides, and multiple views of beautiful Lake Erie’s water, shore birds and freighters. We had a very pleasant stay. ”

“The property was very enjoyable. Conveniently located near Cedar Point and other entertainment venues. A good variety of restaurants close by. The one amazing feature was the opportunity to have our boat on site in the boat garage. The only down fall of the property is the ability to cook. There is a full size refrigerator, Keurig, air fryer and microwave for use. However does limit you to what can be made. Overall the property gets a A++ and we'll definitely will be back.”

“The stay was very nice the time that we was there. We were so busy going to cedar point. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the cost of the stay is very reasonable. We will be coming back next year and if it’s available to rent when we come we will definitely rent it again. Pleased with everything. Thanks for opening up your home to us. 🙂”
