“I have stayed at this property before in their Casa del Sol unit. I loved that unit, but I loved the Bear’s Den even more! It’s a beautiful remote location, but not far from town and the Hot Springs. It’s so peaceful and quiet. The unit is well equipped, And the heated tile floors are a very nice touch that had me spoiled by the time I left. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I come to Glenwood Springs. Highly recommended!”

“We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect for walking into downtown, getting coffee across the street, or running to City Market quickly. We had plenty of space, safe parking, and it was very clean. The owner was very friendly.”

“Great location! Would have liked to see more of the town with more time. New ramen steakhouse 2 blocks down was fantastic. Small high top didn't really accommodate our party of 5 and individual lights in the sleeping areas would be helpful but would definitely be interested in staying again if returning to Iron Mountain Hot Springs!”

“Pictures don’t do interior justice. Very comfortable, very clean (including hot tub), nice furniture, best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Easy access to glenwood springs and all points west without having to deal with city traffic. Handbook has all information you will need. Only warning for those with any back problems: beds are comfortable but not at all firm. Really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Very accommodating for our purposes of staying, close to everything, plenty of room ”

“Great value for a larger group. Lots of space and bathrooms. Great location, just a block of Grand where everything is located. Things were also nice and clean, plenty of towels. Cons: they said all the windows had curtains now but there were still 4 main windows we had to cover with sheets. It butts up to a parking lot so cars are parked right outside those windows. The Xfinity boxes didn’t work either. ”

“I can not say enough good about the entire process - from booking, to communication from the host, to the environment - all top rate!!!! The home is gorgeous and spacious - exactly as described and shown on the VRBO site. The host texted a few days ahead to communicate specific directions, and even met us to lead us to exact location. Overall, a perfect weekend!! ”

“Great Location. Great outdoor spaces. Great living area and kitchen. Fully stocked with everything you need (dishes, blankets, pots and pans, appliances, etc). This is a well appointed property. However, the property needs a deep cleaning and the carpet replaced. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s over the years and this was not at the normal level of cleanliness. ”

“The house, area, yard were all GREAT! I had sent a message, as soon as I booked the house, asking for an early check in due to us taking a red eye into Denver. I knew we would be bushed from our East coast to CO red eye. I figured because we scheduled so early this was why I wasn’t hearing back. The week before I sent another message. It was also not answered. So we found other things to do and weren’t upset about not being able to go to the house early. While there the house was GREAT! It had……

“We rented the cabin for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. The cabin was very cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Also the grounds were spacious and allot of fun for our two small doggies. ”

“The house is located in a beautiful location. It’s very private. The house itself is spacious and nice, but it was kind of dirty. The carpets were not clean and there were mice in the basement. We probably wouldn’t stay there again although we had a nice time.”
