“I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. “Poor toilet and bathroom setup”

“On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... By the way they did email me about my reservation the day before I arrived... Anyway thanks to Orbitz excellent customer service this was resolved and off course they had my reservation. They refused to take me to the airport even though the listing said they had an airport shuttle, reason why I booked them,. Rooms are……

“This property is very nice and very well maintained”

“The location is central, near the AU HQ, the personnel is very welcoming and very courteous. The premises are very clean. On the downside there is no option for breakfast. Though they do offer a good coffee ”
