“Good place to stay for a night or 2 if you want to be close to the beach and a couple of restaurants nearby. Pretty clean place. Beds were very squeaky. There were no shampoo or conditioner in the room. It would be great if they have a vending machine or mini store to buy drinks and stuff. Closest market was a 25 min walk. Outside of the office hours, communication was not very responsive but check in and check out was easy. ”

“Everything about Villa and neighborhood is top tier...the pool is definitely a go to the water stays warm even at night. We no no issues things are walking distance such as restaurants beaches local stores and restaurants. We enjoyed 6nights .there”

“Beware of a rental that doesn't show the actual outside pictures of building. The check in process is horrible with the host, the key was under a conch shell below some lock boxes. The check in procedure never arrived via email like the host said. He finally called back after numerous calls that went unanswered. No address provided. We had a VIP Transport service that lived a couple of streets over and he advised us to go elsewhere. There is a locked gate leading on to the premises but barbed……

“Mike and Karra were very friendly and accommodating. They made the check in process very simple to understand and we had no issues. They even offered to drive us back to the airport the morning we left and to get groceries, since we didn't rent a vehicle. The property was updated and clean, and comfortable (TV had a Firestick for google assist, Netflix and even a PS3 stocked with games!!!). “It was a safe and quiet area ”

“Booked for 5 nights but had to cut short it to three nights for the inconvenience. 1. We were three guests but arrangements were made for two people only. No blankets, towels, and bed sheets were provided for the third guest. 2. The washroom was small and dingy. Water drips out and wets the floor. 3. Sink was high and not reachable to short people 4. “We stayed in a one bedroom 2nd floor unit with a separate full kitchen area and full bath. Bedroom was very clean and modern with a Smart TV and a closet. All decorated very "instagram-y" and nice! Included in the stay was pickup from the airport, which was extremely helpful, especially since we left one of our bags at the airport and Precious graciously drove us back there right away to get it!! The unit was right next to a driveway a minute from the ocean and a great beach area on Cable……

“Ambry the host was so quick to respond and very communicative! Had all sorts of amazing options for activities, restaurants, and transport. We were greeted with snacks and bottled water which was a nice treat after a long flight. They went above and beyond on accommodating our late check out for our return flight. “The house, staff and chef were amazing. We had two families total 14 people, and everybody was extremely comfortable and well taken care of. We enjoyed the private beach, docked our boat at the private dock, and played pickle ball on the private tennis court. Looking forward to going back.”
