"The hotel provides excellent service. I called the hotel directly and asked for some questions and they could answer me efficiently in a well maner. The reception team is excellent too. They accommodate my requests. They always wear smiles and greet you warmly. I booked two rooms for two nights. Since one of the guest is using wheelchair, they voluntarily upgraded one room so that he can have more space. The team is so customer focus and i would like to express my heartful thanks to them. Both rooms are clean and my team have a nice sleep.
