Directly on the beach, this villa called "Escape with the sound of the waves" guarantees you a stay full of peace. You will have the pleasure of waking up with a wonderful view of Monserrat Island, the Karouane hamlet, Tête de l’Anglais, and seeing an exceptional sunset. Close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, it offers also a beach below, favourable to the romantic evenings, with the good flavours of our exotic cocktails with the light of the torches.

Villa directement sur une plage magnifique, baignade dès 7h le matin, c'était génial !!!! Villa agréable, confortable. Quartier très calme, un peu à l'écart, vraiment un cocon pour se sentir bien.... Eine Oase der Ruhe
Unser Start gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da die Adresse des Häuschen wie angegeben vor Ort so nicht zu finden war und wir die Vermieterin nicht erreichen konnten. Als wir es dann gefunden hatten, erwartete uns der Sohn der Vermieterin bereits. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Häuschen ist einfach, aber schnuckelig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Unschlagbar war natürlich die Lage. Näher am Meer kann man wohl wirklich nicht sein! Man hat von der riesigen Terrasse über den kleinen Garten aus einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Dieser war sehr sauber und wenig besucht. Im Garten gibt es einen Wasserschlauch, um sich den gröbsten Sand abzuwaschen. Wir konnten uns richtig erholen und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Der Check-out war problemlos und wiederum sehr freundlich.

Ocean Front Escape
We loved this rental! The surf was right outside the windows and patio. It was 5-6 minutes drive to Pearl Beach or Deshaies. 5 minute walk on pathway south to Gadet Beach, a calmer cove for swimming and much less visited than the big beaches. The house is spacious and well stocked in the kitchen. Great outdoor seating. Each bedroom with ensuite bath and AC, mosquito netting. We would love to go back. The end of our week had stronger surf and I found it too loud for sleeping but my husband was fine. I simply slept in the middle bedroom. Great property for enjoying nprthwest Basse- Terre.

Die Lage des Hauses ist klasse. Es ist ruhig gelegen und in Rifflet gibt es auch klasse Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich. Ergo: rundum gelungen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Voyage de noce, premier grand voyage en famille avec nos deux garçons. L'un rêvait de plages comme à Kho Lanta, l'autre de plongée... Rêves plus que réalisés !!! La villa est idéalement située si vous aimez le calme, loin des zones touristiques... vous serez bercés au son de vagues et réveillez par le chant du cop ! Nous avons eu l'impression d'être sur une plage privative! La mer des caraïbes peut y être agitée avec quelques vagues dangereuses. Il faut être vigilent avec les enfants sur cette plage non surveillée. Elle offre un aquarium à ciel ouvert, idéal pour le snorkeling. Concernant la villa. Elle est grande, confortable, propre... Si nous devions dire un ou deux points d'amélioration: le fait que la porte d'entrée et certaines fenêtres ne ferment pas. Mais nous pensons que c'est plus une crainte de métropolitains et qu'il n'y avait peut être pas lieu de s'inquiéter... Puis deuxième chose: quelques éléments seraient bienvenue comme un rasoir jetable, une quantité de pastilles lave vaisselle qui permet de faire le séjour et éviter de racheter des choses pour finir les vacances même si cela sert aux suivants ! Nous conseillons cette villa ! Merci pour ce séjour magnifique Aline, Christophe, Mahé 10 ans et Bastien 14 ans

Holiday in paradise
We loved our stay at Gilberte’s , Marie Line’s and Yeli’s house on the beach . We spent a perfect holiday in paradise in glorious Guadeloupe. The house was clean and well presented in an outstanding location. We were greeted when we arrived by our wonderful host Marie Line . Her son Yeli was also charming and helpful. To sum it up , it was sublime and we have already booked to go back.

Endroit idyllique
Deuxième visite à cette maison dans un endroit idyllique. Très relaxant, sécuritaire et privé. Quand les vagues ne sont pas trop hautes on peut très bien se baigner et snorkeler devant la maison. La maison est quand même assez bien équipée. Ce qui serait utile est un carnet infos bons à savoir, p. ex. quand sortir les poubelles, quoi faire avec le recyclage, idées de restos etc.

A true piece of Paradise
Beautiful rustic house directly on the most amazing beach that we had all to ourselves most of the time. 3 ensuite bedrooms with air con. Large shaded terrace. Fantastic restaurants within a 10 min drive. Responsive host. Just totally in love with this house.

Une semaine au paradis
Quand on arrive dans la maison de rifflet, on a le souffle coupé par la vue. Fini le tourisme, on ne veut plus en partir ! Elle est ouverte aux alizés, paisible, face à la mer avec un accès direct à une petite plage magnifique d'où il est possible de faire du snorkeling. Des resto aux alentours, un beach cluc à 2 km, le Bourg de Deshaies et ses couchers de soleils invraisemblables est a quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Merci à Yeli et Marie-Line, des hôtes adorables, qui ont toujours apporté l'aide demandée, et avec qui la communication a été simple. Je vous dis à Bientôt à yous les deux !

Perfect location; gracious hosts
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved being steps from the water and were lulled at night by the sound of the surf. It was a quiet neighborhood within a quick drive from the village of Deshaies, where we could get what we needed. Our host and her son were responsive and helpful - and patient with my halting French. We definitely recommend a stay here and will come back if we can!
