Depoe Bay oceanfront condo with perfect view for whale watching and crashing coastline waves.

Admiral 3 is a super comfortable oceanfront condo with a deck and living room window perfect for whale watching, viewing Depoe Bay’s Spouting Horn, or just watching the waves crash against the shore. With the south-facing view, it’s perfect for all seasons and weather. Located at the north end of Depoe Bay, it’s a five-minute walk to the well-known Tidal Raves Restaurant and just ten minutes from all the downtown shops, restaurants, whale watching excursions and fishing boats.

If you just want to relax, this ocean-themed condo sleeps 6 and is fully equipped for comfortable use. As you enter there is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor is the living room with a view and a sofa bed, fireplace, dining area, kitchen, laundry area, and a half bath. Perfect for just hanging out.

Great beaches are just 2 miles away or for the more active, you can climb down to a sandy cove just below the condo. The cove is also viewed from the condo. Depoe Bay offers the best in whale watching and fishing excursions and is just a few miles away from historical lighthouses, golf courses, and wilderness hikes. Come enjoy Depoe Bay and the incredible view from Admiral 3!

This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

You'll spend most of your time at the picture window!

This is a truly great place to stay. We saw whale spouts every day. We enjoyed waves crashing on the rocks and seeing boats come out of the harbor. There is a big rope to help you go down a steep path to the small secluded beach. This place has its own spouting horn right down front! Depoe Bay is quiet and fun. Good shopping and Tidal Raves is a great restaurant. We cannot say enough about this beautiful home. We are so thankful the owners share it with other people. We will be back!

We loved this place! It was like a cozy grandmas condo (in a good way!). The location is unbeatable so easy to walk to restaurants and shops and the view is unreal!! The beds were super comfy we all slept so well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice but not enough

Not infant friendly! Don't get me wrong, great location, beautiful view, great amenities but how dare we even ask about cribs for the babies. That'll be $40, they say. Had them delivered to hotel rooms free of charge 4 or 5 times before. Not here. No thanks, I say. Delivered to us anyway. Is there still a charge as I never asked for them to be delivered? Yes, they say. Couldn't figure out where the switch for the fireplace was. Oven was falling apart. One kid got hurt there. Other one almost fell down the stairs as there was no child gate for the stairs. Good with no babies but if you do, don't stay here.

The unit Admiral 3 is not a place I will return. When we got there we found a literal clump of poop on one of the toilets, a fly dead on the wall, a huge hair clog in the master bath, both bathrooms had clogged bathroom sinks, the pillow cases had hair and drool stains on them and the kitchen counter had food pieces not cleaned up. There was also a smell of sewer in the master bath that never went away. The beds themselves were very thin and hard although some people may like that. We paid a cleaning fee when we rented this unit and I doubt this unit was cleaned at all between renters. If you're looking for a great unit there in the harbors check into Flagship 3. We stayed there right before this and we loved it and the unit was clean and inviting!

We returned to this property and had a different condo this time. It was well decorated and clean. We love watching whales from the upstairs living room window and balcony. We hopt to return and our adult children want the same unit next time they go to Depot Bay.

Great location.

Everything was great except the condo was not very clean. The carpets are really dirty with stains everywhere. That will keep me from coming back to this cond. Also I showed the maintenance man, the back door locks are missing the metal dead bolt. And the big picture window had kids foot prints, that needs to be cleaned as well . Also really need to clean or change the door mats

Excellent. Loved being able to walk out the lower level door and onto the lawn that overlooked the bay. Super comfy inside. Everything as advertised. Town within walking distance was great for our kids; they could come and go s they pleased. Would return for sure!

Excellent view without even leaving the living room

This condo has an outstanding view of the coast from the comfy plush swivel seats by the huge window in the living room, and is in a quiet central location to enjoy sights of the Oregon coast from Newport to Lincoln City. Too cold to go out? Sip your coffee or hot coco by the window to watch all the constant motion of the sea, trees, birds, and clouds. Climb down and explore the cove below during low tide. Just down the road is Fegerty Creek beach access to see tidal pools full of life. There are other rugged beach coves to view from above. Don't miss viewing the grottos and harbor seals at Whale Cove just south of Depoe Bay.

Escape from stay-at-home isolation

I don't normally post reviews, but this condo was exceptional. The fantastic view looking south over Depoe Bay and inlet, enjoyed from comfy chairs by the large windows, fully equipped for the two couples in our party. Spacious enough to be able to spread out when desired. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in town center of Depoe Bay. Would definitely come again.
