Our trip started out great before we arrived. Our host was communicative & sent us easy instructions on accessing our room. He let us check in a hour early which was very kind. Making entry into the building felt safe. We took the train from the airport. Upon entering our room, initially it looked fine. However, it also looked very different from the advertised pictures; More outdated furniture, not nearly as nice of a couch, black appliances instead of stainless, etc. We found long black hairs everywhere. I'm blonde & my boyfriend has short hair so they weren't ours. They were on the couch, in the sink, & sticking to the bottom of our shoes. It was a pretty rushed cleaning job after whoever stayed there before us. Your feet/socks quickly turned black if you weren't wearing your shoes. We've stayed in several residential rentals and some things we also think this place could use are: a sponge for cleaning dishes, a wine opener, Tupperware, USB ports for charging, a SMART TV, and much larger bath towels unless you enjoy dripping dry. What we did like were the exfoliating bath bars, good quality paper towels and TP, and mostly the BED!! Surprisingly the bed (at least in the master) was so comfortable. The tenants above us must have been practicing football routes or moving out & then back in because we heard them, along with the freeway traffic, sirens and homeless, all weekend long. It is not a quiet location. But it's local and spacious and it worked for us.
