My stay started good, I contacted the property manager to see if I could get in earlier than the 4:00 check-in and they let me do that, but the code they assigned me didn't work, and about an hour later after trying multiple codes they gave a random guy just walked up and said see if this works and put in a code and it worked. I was a bit nervous someone had a code.
The place was nice and was good, so I went to take a shower around 3:00 pm to hear someone trying to enter a code and get in my unit, didn't knock just was trying to enter. I went to the door, and he said he was in maintenance and had a work order for the dishwasher, told him I just checked in and out of the shower and wouldn't be letting him in,
I texted the management team and told them and asked if this person was supposed to be there.
The maintenance guy Mike showed back up at 4:00 and I let him in. He said that he couldn't see anything wrong with the dishwasher, but he fiddled with it for a while then left. I didn't receive contact from the management company until 8:00 pm that night stating that they talked to Mike and he had a work order for a different unit, went to the wrong one.
Then the next morning I am heading out and there is standing water coming from the unit next to mine. Water everywhere down the hall. I sent the management company pictures of the water. I came back to a big mess so they moved me to the next floor up, took 2 hrs. supposed to discount but never happened. Not happy!
