Dirty room with Cheeto fingerprints on the light fixtures, and did not match the picture. Only stayed one night and cancelled the rest of our reservation to stay at a different hotel. Shower pressure made it so it only dripped water, pool was closed for maintenance, and breakfast is in a really small condensed area. There were also a few transients sleeping in the lobby or walking around the hotel area.

Doubtful I will ever stay there again. Television didn't work despite the effort of the front desk clerk, trying to walk me through getting a cable connection. Why wasn't the television ready to go and why do I have to do anything other than turn it on? Never did work. I attempted to call the front desk from the hotel phone. It rang off the wall. We were there for the Dodgers v. Rockies game. The property was fairly close to Coors Field, which was nice. The rooms were clean, but the areal surrounding the property was plagued by homeless people. The TV service sucked. We couldn't just turn it on and watch a local channel. Instead, we had to use ROKU, and the WIFI didn't connect. So, we had to ask the desk attendant to come up each night and get us connected. Then, after a few hours, the wifi for the TV would disconnect again.

The stay was at best just okay. We had to plunge the toilet ourselves - bad service! Each day, we had to ask for more towels. We asked for the room to be cleaned and it was not done. The breakfast was horrible and the same each day, no variety. And most of the time, there were not enough set out. And it was not kept clean. I say, do it right or not at all. Boiled eggs not kept on ice. It was bad!

Door wouldn’t lock. Left our items in our unlocked room without even knowing it NEVER locked. As we were leaving for evening reservations we realized… Crazy! The maintenance guy walked to our room messed with the handle looked at me shrugged and walked away. I had to go back up to the desk yet again to say I wanted a refund for the evening since my room wouldn’t lock. They said they were completely booked and the manager wouldn’t “allow” a refund. They moved us to a different room ( thought they didn’t have rooms… ok?) We missed our reservations due to this charade that took 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Also breakfast is 7-930. By 8. Everything is gone. Many people left to “go get something I guess”. As they said. Very bad experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Days Inn in Thornton! From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay — including a cozy bed, a clean bathroom, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. I really appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a great bonus, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The location is also super convenient, with quick access to nearby restaurants and highways. Overall, Days Inn Thornton exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Management didnt seem to care about homeless coming in and eating breakfast. Was told "they will leave soon". Room was dirty and not cleaned well. Used needles outside front doors. Ad stated had pool and breakfast. No pool and breakfast was a crockpot of sausage gravy reheated each day. Staff was friendly. But when asked for more than the 2 towels they provded for 5 people, it was an inconveniece for them. Tv is roku, have to go through hooking up to wifi each time you wanted to watch tv, no instructions on how to do this. No premium channels peovided as advertised.
