“The service was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout my stay. My hotel room was adequately stocked up with the essentials and the overall hotel was very clean and pleasant to be in. There are great cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets which are within walking distance. ”

“the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry. ”

“早餐不錯, 每早有樂師在傍伴奏傳統峇里音樂 床舖舒服, 住在二樓房間需要行樓梯, 但服務員會幫忙把行李送上和送落樓下 因為淋浴間有開放式窗戶, 雖然可以落竹簾, 但有機會有蚊蟲, 和櫃檯反映後加強了電子蚊香裝置, 把問題解決到 酒店步行7分鐘到海灘, 但屬於酒店私人範圍只佔數張沙灘床, 可以放棄 酒店附近一帶有很多餐飲和按摩店, 數分鐘步行距離有中型超市”

“We stayed here as a family over christmas and it was wonderful. The property is beautiful, 3 different pools, amazing buffet breakfast. All staff were very friendly, always stopping to say hello. Rooms were immaculate with excellent housekeeping each day. On Christmas Eve we came back to our room to find little gifts left for each of us and on christmas morning staff walked around at breakfast with baskets of wrapped gifts for the children, such a beautiful touch which we were not expecting!
