“Clean and comfortable. Nice view across the lawn and fields down to the head of the cove. Deer on the lawn every evening. Had pretty much everything we needed for making our own meals. Good places to explore nearby especially Jasper Beach and Roake Bluff State Park. ”

“This cabin was so adorable! The perfect size for our family for 3 for the weekend. Beautiful views from the porch, lovely ocean breezes. Very close proximity to everything Lubec has to offer. Everything in the kitchen was adequate for our needs…it only has a 2 burner stove top, so don’t try to cook big meals. But it was great for making easy breakfasts and searing a quick steak. The bedroom was so cute and set up great for 3 people. We loved our stay here! ”

“For us, the large, securely fenced yard made all the difference for our Jack Russell. Beautiful views of the bay from the porch, the living area, and the upstairs bed room. The upstairs bedroom was very comfortable although the stairs are a little steep. Our host was quick to respond to any of our questions and the house is an easy drive to a well stocked IGA grocery store. I recommend bringing your passport and going to Campobello Island. See Liberty Point for some beautiful cliff views.”

“This cottage was perfect for our party of 4. The views from the deck were magnificent and we were able to watch the lobster boats. Very tranquil, relaxing and beautiful. The owner had everything we could possibly need for cooking and having a wonderful time. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. . We felt right at home. Ferris was an awesome host who even recommended where to get our lobsters, scallops, haddock and clams. We hope to get back there in the near future. ”

“This was such a great find for a last-minute getaway Down East. The house was just as pictured (better actually), very clean, very comfortable, and very well-appointed. “We enjoyed our 2-week stay in this town cottage overlooking Johnson Bay. The spacious deck on the rear of the house offered spectacular views of the bay below. The location was perfect for us. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. This house was especially well stocked with kitchen supplies and household staples. “The property is 500% as listed; private, in the woods, steps down to ocean, spacious and comfortable. We are a family of 4, loved the puzzles, foosball, outdoor space and indoors had everything we needed. We had a fun power outage adventure due to high winds. Jenny responded immediately with where to find flashlights and a timeframe of when it would be back on. Highly recommend this property, we never wanted to leave the house!”
