Walk to Beach from this 3 Bedroom Cottage! (1821)

Walk to Nantucket Sound from this adorable 3 Bedroom Ranch! It's a quick 2 minute/500 foot walk right down the road. This home features 3 good size bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 Twins. Nice size living and family room that are front to back with nearby galley kitchen. Sliders from the dining room lead you to a nice deck with a grill and enclosed outdoor shower. The yard is big and grassy in the front and back, perfect for kids. This house is ready for your family to enjoy! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Beach house

Great location, clean and efficient. The only drawback is the lack of a washer/dryer.

The location was perfect. It suited us to well and we loved the outdoor shower. It was a warm week and the main room was hot and stuffy, but we were outside a lot of the time

The house is cozy and a great beach theme. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is great. Very close to Glendon Beach. The appliances and bathroom are a little outdated. No air conditioning, but who cares, you're not supposed to be indoors at a beach vacation! Now the bad. When we arrived, there was garbage around the garbage bins. (Dirty Diapers and plastic bottles). The patio umbrella was broken and the BBQ grill hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. We picked up the garbage and cleaned the grill. I blame it on the previous renters and the cleaning services. Robert Paul Properties compensated us with 2 extra hours of relaxation on our departure day. Overall I would rent this property again.

My summer getaway

I really enjoyed my stay at the cottage. Totally enjoyed my tine at the beach! It was only a 2 minute walk to it. Loved that! I Would recommend it to anyone looking to vacation at the Cape.
