“Loved my stay”

“Great beachfront hotel. Despite multiple reviews stating some of the rooms were outdated, we found our room to be in great condition and the decor to be very nice. The overall hotel was very clean and walkable. Unfortunately in the winter the weather didn't allow much time outside but we will return at some point in the future during the summer. ”

“The Pelhams view of the beach is gorgeous. Rooms are clean and neat and the Rooftop restaurants bar, drinks and brunch were delicious with a gorgeous view right on the water. They also have outdoor fire pits you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. ”

“The room itself was fine. Staff was never in office, no register or departure required. Had to call for nice gentleman to assist me with room & combo of door. Could have used a coffee maker. Many people possibly low income, were living there. Would prefer knowing about this ahead of time so I would feel more comfortable with seeing them & bicycles all parked around specific rooms. Some noise at night. Not sure where it was coming from. Pot holes in parking lot were pretty bad. Had to drive……

“This was my second stay here and it was lovely. We visited in November for a mother/daughters trip and stayed in the two bedroom suite. Rooms were very clean, had plenty of extra towels and the fireplace was lovely. We used the pool as well and walked on the beach. At sunrise on the beach we had a seal swim up and say hello. Excellent place to have a little R&R”
