I have stayed at several other Aerocity hotels in transit through Delhi and this at the right price is a good choice. The rooms have a unique spacious and quite modern layout, TV is good, and the room was clean. Like many hotels there that were all built at the same time they are starting to show their wear and tear, but Aloft was better than some others. The entrance to the hotel is a bit restricted. Not the kind of welcoming hotel entrance you might expect and potentially quite congested when many guests are arriving or leaving. Just something to be aware of if you are wondering if you are in the right place when arriving at the hotel. The one thing I did not like is that the front desk tried to upsell me on a room that I did not ask for and they did it in a hustling kind of way that I almost did not realize was happening (tired after a long journey). I ended up with the same room that they were trying to upsell me too. I prepaid on Expedia which is why this seemed additionally unusual. Overall, the hospitality of the reception staff was poor compared to the very welcoming reception of staff in other hotels I have used there. I would recommend this hotel overall (at a fair price), but if management is reviewing this, I would recommend some retraining of the front desk staff and/or reconsideration of your check in practices.

Honestly such a great stay here, better than Novotel in Aerocity. Everything here just makes sense. The layout of the rooms is perfect. Amenities are amazing. They have a beautiful pool, equipped gym, and even a yoga room with mats! I’m super happy. Only thing is that the soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner I feel smell a bit more catered to men. It smelled a bit too colonge like. Wish it was more “spa” like. Would totally recommend Aloft!

Great place near Delhi airport. Western feel and lots of amenities. Very safe and quiet. (I am a dolo female traveler). Great shower water pressure, and nice and hot. Perfect place to escape the sometimes chaotic vibe of India—it felt like i was at a nice hotel in the USA. Restaurant was excellent — breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Easy Check in and really nice room (no view but huge bed and great shower). The bar could be better and unfortunately the pool is quite low down within the complex so was in the shade pretty early (assumed it was on the highest of the roofs)

The hotel was comfortable, but given the price, I expected a higher level of quality. The room was decent and provided a restful experience, but it didn’t quite live up to the standards I anticipated for the cost. On the positive side, the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. However, the front desk staff could have been more attentive. During check-in, the staff member seemed distracted, as he was on his phone while processing my check-in, which made the process take longer than expected. It was a bit off-putting, especially when I was hoping for a more welcoming and efficient start to my stay. Overall, while the hotel was comfortable and the restaurant staff were great, the lack of focus on customer service at the front desk and the price not matching the overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed. I would expect better attention to detail and customer service for what I paid

This property is a very typical corporate-stay American-style airport hotel. It’s very busy but clean and comfortable. Guests do not get any sense of the richness and culture of Delhi from Aerocity. You must travel around to the beautiful sites and monuments.
