“Overall, it is a good hotel. Good points: reasonable price, large room, and good lobby. the location is closed to the Jewish community, which means closed to the diamonds shop. Negative points: the room is towards the street, so it will be very noisy in the morning. Customer needs to deposit 250 eur with credit card during checkin as guarantee. it is too high for such a room. Due to some technique reasons, my depot is not released during check out. i need to wait for about 20 days to get them……

“A very comfortable stay in great location. The room was spacious and clean, a comfortable large bed and a great shower. Breakfast gave an excellent choice but the hot counter food was left to lose its heat, so it was on the cold side when eaten. The relaxing spa wasn’t, there was no monitoring to keep it relaxing. Screaming children leaping in the pool and couples straddling each other in the jacuzzi rather spoilt the ambience. Sauna was a great temperature though.”

“Not as clean as it could have been. The area was very convenient, but being next to such a large railway station in a large city, the surrounds are never going to be great. It’s a trade off for the convenience. But the hotel was fine and deserved the overall 4 stars. ”
