Deferred Maintenance Death Trap
Get ready to wait 20+ minutes every time you want an elevator... Turn over an ID, CC, or cash to borrow a luggage cart and be treated like a criminal by the check in desk. The building is old and worn out. But the most concerning was the fire alarm went off for a real fire. Did not go off on our floor, only on the lobby floor and the stair wells. The only reason we figured out there was a fire was the smoke was coming up the elevator shaft and the elevators didn't work. Then on checkout day, we got different checkout instructions from the owner than the ones in the welcome email or and paperwork. So if they say we didn't follow directions or rules, that's why. We were already in our car leaving when they sent a follow up email with new check out instructions. The pools were ok but the lazy river is tiny and pretty dangerous with under inflated tubes and really rough sides. Wear shoes at least. Good luck if you stay here! Thank God our stay was only one night!

The property was very nice and all of the staff was very nice and polite BUT the room was infested with German Roaches. All of our food that was in the cabinets had to be thrown away because we found Roaches. I spoke to the front desk and they didn't seem too concerned. Their reply was "we will call the pest control company " i will never stay here again unfortunately.

Was just as expected. Great view & great location. Air went out 2nd night in the entire building. Maintenance came to clean out the system the next day. Got pretty hot. Ended up stay longer with a late checkout. Was good location for events at the Peabody. Wish we would have gotten a little money back for the inconvenience of the air. Overall I would stay again.

The property and resort are well kept. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. View was amazing! Joshua was very responsive to our questions. The hot water took several minutes to heat up the first night, but worked normally the rest of the visit. Be prepared that the resort took vending machines out of the South Tower.

We enjoyed our stay, great location to the beach and restaurants. The kids loved the pools and lazy river. The building itself seems a little dated. We had a couple of small issues and the owner was super responsive and helpful.

Best place in Daytona!
This was our 3rd year staying in the best place in Daytona and we loved it. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. Watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony is just amazing. The band shell is beautiful,. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We hope to return again next year.

Great place on beach
Spent the week with friends who had another unit two doors down. Condo was clean. Check in was easy. Pool was great. We walked the beach and rented e-bikes too. We had a blast. Definitely recommend!!

What a view!!
Really nice spot. Pools, lazy river were good. Drinks at the bar are very expensive. Day two was drinks in a tumbler from our room. Communication with host was fast and easy. Wanted to stay an extra night and host made it happen very quickly.

Second vacation at the best place in Daytona Beach!
This was our second time renting this condo and it was amazing. If you want to be in the center of all the action and shopping in Daytona Beach then this is it. The condo is beautiful and has all the amenities you will need for an amazing vacation. My favorite time of the day was sitting on the balcony every morning having coffee and watching the sunrise. Pros- Owner provides boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand buckets, etc Unit is close to the elevator Kitchen is stocked…even had spices, pancake mix, coffee, and other odds and ends Location is AMAZING- walking distance to restaurants, shops, boardwalk, and beach TV has Netflix and other streaming services (though I believe you have to log in with your own account) Cons None. This place was perfect for my daughter and me. I definitely will book here again!

We would stay here again
The location was great. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. We had plenty of what we needed in the condo. A little more care could be taken in the cleaning department as there were coffee stains and leftover food crumbs on the counter, cabinets and floors but overall we enjoyed it.
