This was probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed. The ad for this hotel says smoke free but it definitely is not. The rooms and halls reeked of smoke and just overall dirtiness. The rooms were not clean and some of the door locks were removed. The people beside us had their music playing very loud and were talking very loudly. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We left after two hours because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. When we requested a refund the lady at the front desk was very rigid and rude and denied a refund of any kind. I would not recommend for girls travelling alone to stay here… or to be honest anyone. It was terrible.

Unfortunately, there was an odor you noticed as soon as you walked into the room. Definitely seemed like an animal had urinated on the sofa sleeper. We brought it to the staff’s attention, and they did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Also promised to address the issue. It's been our 31st day travelling and we've seen many hotels but this one was the worst by far. The stained sheet got replaced although we had to put it on ourselves but the smell in the room is overwhelming - I could not wait to get out. It would be better if we slept in a car! I do not know what the smell is and I did not notice it at first but despite open windows the smell was creeping on me. I didn't sleep well and started feeling nauseous by the morning. It all disappeared when we got out. Also the breakfast had a few muffins and instant oatmeal and hot water. Not even coffee when we were out fro breakfast.

It’s was less than what I expected. The phone didn’t work, so I had to walk down to the lobby desk to ask for extra bedding. There were 3 of us, slept 4 has pullout sofa but no pillows or bedding for it. Only 1 wash cloth and not enough towels. I had to go down to ask for more.. the staff member said, “did you bring any dirty to exchange?” I didn’t know I had to take my own dirty towels to get clean ones but I didn’t have any just needed extra clean bc not enough for the number of people in our party. The tv remote also didn’t work. The lady at front desk when we checked in was nice. We didn’t get any info though on breakfast or where we could find it. It was quiet
