“This comfy cottage had everything I needed for a quiet night stay near the hospitals. Easy communication, check in and check out, kitchen had everything needed. As others say, be aware the bedroom is up a ladder. Thank you!”

“This is a beautiful, bright, cozy, outhouse home in a quiet up scale neighborhood. The apartment is bright and the high ceilings give it a very airy feel. The beds in both the well sized bedrooms were comfortable. We did not cook in the cozy kitchen, although it seemed to be adequately equipped. The bathroom was clean with a tub. There is a well equipped outdoor space in a quiet big yard. There is a TV placed on the center table in the living room with Roku, although the set-up is not ideal for……

“My daughter and I stayed here for a week with our dog. The kitchen is top of the line, beds and couch are very comfortable and there is a small bar with two chairs where we ate our meals. The hosts even lined the couch with fluffy washable pads so that we could snuggle with our dog on the couch. The cottage is in the back of the hosts home but it has a separate entrance and the hosts were very good about giving us privacy. Also backyard is fully gated in for the dog. The neighborhood is lovely……

“The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall……

“Beautiful room with modern amenities without impacting the charm. Very comfortable and quiet. Big, rustic coastal Victorian parlor with French doors that let in light and open onto a nice deck. Close to the coast and several great beaches, walks along the tidal marsh. ”
