As you enter Bleu Haus, you'll be greeted by a spacious open common area that includes a living space, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features a large screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a countertop range, wall oven, and an island with raised seating for three. Enjoy meals at the dining table, which seats four and provides a lovely view of Aloe Bay through the window. A door between the living and dining area opens to a covered front porch with Adirondack chairs facing the bay, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
The West Queen Suite includes a queen bed, dresser, TV cabinet, closet, private bath, and access to the attached sunroom. The private bathroom features a freestanding storage cabinet next to the vanity with a bowl sink and shower-tub combo. The sunroom, which serves as the fourth bedroom or a lounge space, has two twin beds, a dresser, TV, and a door leading to the back pool deck. The East Full Bedroom has a full bed, dresser, TV, and closet, while the SW Queen Bedroom offers a queen bed and open shelving. A common bathroom between the East Full Bedroom and SW Queen Bedroom features a wide countertop with a bowl sink and a shower-tub combo.
Outside, you'll find a private pool deck with Adirondack chairs and two lounge chairs under an umbrella. Enjoy the 'Fun Down Under' space. the private outdoor living space under the house, perfect for playing and relaxing, featuring ample seating, a ceiling fan, a 70-inch TV, a dedicated refrigerator, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.
Bleu Haus is located on the west end of Desoto Ave, one of the first residential streets on Dauphin Island. The house is just a few feet from a public boat launch and offers access to the beach on Aloe Bay directly across the street. With only seven houses on the street, you can enjoy the quiet serenity of the island. Its central location allows for quick access to other areas of the island with a short drive.
For your enjoyment, Bleu Haus provides four bicycles, two double kayaks, one single kayak, two kid kayaks, and paddleboards. The shared driveway divides halfway down; please stay on the west side of the driveway on the property. Note that guests are prohibited from using the lift on the back deck and the fire pit in the front yard.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
