- Three spacious bedrooms with premium linens.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 default to twin beds but can be combined into super king beds upon request
- Bedroom 3 features a comfortable double bed.

- Private, enclosed pebbled patio with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

1. Check-in Process
- Please complete the check-in form and sign the rental agreement after booking.
- Once completed, we’ll send your check-in instructions and smartlock access code 48 hours before your arrival.
- If these steps aren’t completed, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Any refund or settlement will follow the terms of your booking agreement.
2. Damage Waiver
- No security deposit required! We’ve taken care of accidental damage protection during your stay.
- Please report any accidental damage before check-out to facilitate the claims process.
3. Additional Information
- Pet Policy: We welcome one well-behaved dog under 40 lbs per stay. No other pets are allowed. Please refer to our house rules for more details and guidelines to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for you and your furry friend.
- Late Check-out / Early Check-in: Available upon request and subject to availability.
- Bedroom Configuration: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are set up as two single beds by default. If you’d prefer a super king-size bed using our zip-link mattress with matching super king sheet and duvet, please specify this in the check-in form after booking.
