“Pricey. But nothing can beat this surreal experience of a cottage in the clouds. The staff are superb. Please don’t forget to tip the staff generously since they don’t make a lot. ”

“Hotel lied when they advertised through Expedia. Such as their website said Central Heating but no heating facility in the room, They charged me for portable Heater. I complained to Expedia they did not do anything.”

“Hospitality is excellent and location is perfect. Management is very responsive and staff hospitable. However there is a disconnect on the online booking regarding already paid breakfast option which doesn’t reflect on the hotel account which can be an irritant. Also the food could be improved upon. Otherwise excluding online booking confusion and a little improvement in the food this place deserves a 5 star. ”
