For the Ithaca housing and short-term rental market, this was one of few available options in the Downtown Ithaca area and provided a very pleasant stay. The host provided plenty of linens and answered all of our questions. Home could have been slightly cleaner but that is only a mild con. Perfect to sleep 6 (could even squeeze a few more if needed) and would recommend to anyone! ”

“It's obvious that these hosts used to work in hospitality. The house is so well designed and furnished, including the kitchen for those who actually want to cook, which I did. Luxury baths, incredible view, birds, waterfalls and walking paths, gas fireplace. Very close to Watkins Glen and Seneca wine trail. There is some noise from cars going by below, but I'm super sensitive to those things and will still be going back because everything else is so amazing! - including the hosts themselves……
