"No signs as to where to check in, the hallways smelled like weed and the rooms smelled musty, but otherwise it was nice. "

"We rented this property for five families attending CASV. We checked in and left within 1 hour and had to scramble to get the last hotel rooms available. The property is severely neglected. Porcelain is missing in the bathtubs with mold present all over the shower curtains. Our sheets were soiled and had hair and dirt covering them and the mattress pad. The kitchen had handles missing on the drawers and no shelving and plastic plates and cups, not dishes. The amount of cobwebs, active spiderwebs and bugs was mind blowing. The pictures don’t show the rusted potbelly stove in the dining room. The couch in the living room has cuts in it. Everything is filthy. Overwhelming smell of marijuana outside. Definitely not LUXURY!!!! The property is in need of a complete refurbishment. Apparently it is used as a sorority house during the year and it is completely trashed. The only bright spot was Heather the property manager who answered all our texts quickly and kindly. The owner has been out of the country and not responding to our complaint filed with VRBO. "
