“Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. Great historic property for a large group of friends. Rooms are all on separate floors. The common / living room area to hang out is only accessible from outdoors - it was raining when we were there so that made it hard and we didn’t use it. It looks like an old hostel or small hotel and that the “common area” was the lobby. ”

“Die Villa in Petrcane ist sehr schön und bietet genug Platz für 8-10 Personen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 und hatten uns auf die 4 Schlafzimmer und die Couch aufgeteilt. Das Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für gemeinsames Essen und der Poolbereich sowie Jacuzzi waren die absoluten Highlights der Anlage. In der Nähe sind zwei Supermärkte, wo man gut alles für Speisen und Frühstück besorgen kann, eine Bäckerei ist auch 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt und diverse Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. “Die guten Bewertungen stimmen wirklich, der Gastgeber Zlatan ist wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich und spricht sogar Deutsch. Das Haus ist super sauber, man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick über Makarska, egal wo man ist. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und man merkt dass Zlatan sich mit großer Leidenschaft um sein Ferienhaus kümmert. Kein Liegestuhl ist defekt, kein Abfluss verstopft - wirklich alles ist top in Schuss.
