Nice Place but not a great location
This place is very nice inside the unit, well maintained, and cute decor. We really appreciated the valet parking option. The location is not the best due to the extreme homeless population. No fault of the owner but the city really should do something about such a terrible problem.

Overall if you need a bed it’s ok. Building could use better cleaning supplies. Apartment was clean, but needs updating & upgrades not really a Penthouse quality, but ok if you just need a place with quick access to the Convention Center it will do the job.

Loved it!
Definitely plan on coming back if ever back in area. It's close to so much and you can pretty much walk everywhere. Love all the history. Building was clean. I liked the security of it all. Apartment was amazing. Plenty of room for all. Even with 1 bathroom there was enough get ready space.
