The woman who checked me in was friendly, but didn't give me information i needed about parking and other amenities. I made sure to select a room that included extended parking, but when I got there they had no record of it so I had to pay an additional $50. The microwaves had been removed from the rooms and placed near the (out of order) ice machines, but there was no note telling us that. The ice machine on 3rd and 5 th were out of order, the one on 9th was just missing, so I ended up having to go to the bar. Again, there was nothing indicating this problem, causing me to waste my time looking.
The final insult was a lack of coffee in the lobby.
Our shuttle driver was great, but the overall experience sucked. We are going elsewhere next time.
