Less than 5 miles away from DFW Airport and 15-20 minutes away from downtown Dallas This ranch is decorated in Mediterranean style,perfect for family gatherings, business travelers and prospective immigrants to DFW. Nestled in a suburban safe neighborhood this house is a unique oasis for relaxation. Park and tennis court in walking distance. The property is only a quick 5-minute drive to the Walmart, Mall, diners, highway 183 and 161.
2509 Custer Ct, Irving, TX is a single-family ranch home on a 7,492 sqft lot. It has 1,523 sq ft of living space with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living area, dining space, office / game room, back porch, spacious backyard, free parking. - Central cooling and heat with fireplace. - Decorated in Mediterranean style. - Whole house has WiFi throughout. - All TV’s are connected to central outdoor HD antenna. We don’t have cable, but you are welcome to stream Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. on your personal device. ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has a full bed,TV, closet, it’s own bathroom with walk in shower. ROOM 2: 2nd Bedroom has queen bed, windows facing the front lawn, shared restroom ROOM 3: 3Rd Bedroom has two single beds, windows facing the front lawn, shared restroom ROOM 4: 4th Bedroom has a full bed, windows facing the front lawn, shared restroom. ROOM 5: Office room with desk and chair, also has a TV with X Box and board games. Livingroom: with TV and fireplace, with French door to the back lawn Dining area: Table with sitting arrangement of 8 chairs Kitchen: - Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals - Serving utensils - Chef knives - Fridge, electric range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine Bathrooms: Both Bathrooms have shower. The 1st one is attached to the master bedroom. The second one is on the hallway and is shared. Bathrooms are equipped with bidet shower. Great stay
We come in for a wedding. It was nice to have the different bedrooms so each of us could have our own bedroom. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. They had a Wii but there weren’t batteries in the remote. They also had a foosball table but no ball but overall this day was great and I would recommend it.

Perfect and relaxing
This property is perfect for a big family. It has a big backyard. Multiple rooms with big space and a nice spacious living room. If your guests include kids as well, they have a wii system and a fusbol table to entertain them. My favorite thing about this place that I noticed, is that the host provided us with snacks. Very enjoyable place!

Comfortable place to stay
The home was comfortable and clean. Small issue with door locks but the host was attentive and worked to get it corrected. Suggest a larger TV be installed in the Living room, other than that no issues. Enjoyed the stay and hope to stay there on our next trip to town.

A very serviceable solution for a family stay at very fair price.
This was our first Vrbo rental, so we were curios how it would go. The property was a little rough around the edges and could have been a little cleaner at check in, but overall was a good solution for a stay by our family of seven. My son had a specialist appointment at the Dallas children’s hospital so we stayed here since we are from out of town. The house is older than the pictures show, but it was clean and comfortable for us for our weekend stay. It was close to plenty of food options and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Overall wonderful!
The property was very nice & spacious. We did come for Christmas so perhaps the owners were with family or busy-which I completely understand but it was just a little bit dirty. I have two toddlers- so this is important to me. But overall, not anything too bad. It was a lovely community & the owners were very accommodating.
