Unremarkable from the outside, but once you enter the grounds are so beautiful and traditional in style, you can’t quite believe that the hustle and bustle of Kolkata is just the other side of the wall. The rooms are STUNNING, the food delicious, and the staff are falling over themselves to help you. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Raajkutir! "

"We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. This was one of the best stay we had. The hall mark of this stay was their food . I have no words to describe how tasty their food was. OMG they had so many items in breakfast that you name it and they had it. They must have an excellent cook who made every dishes so palatable and tasty. At least for the food they deserve 10 stars. "Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes. "
