Walk down Magazine and you have some shopping, St Vincent Hotel (that has San Lorenzo restaurant!) and Surreys for the best breakfast/lunch. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great for getting to all the areas of the city quickly - Tulane, Freret, Magazine, the Quarter and Frenchmen’s. House was very comfortable for all of us. We had some trouble with the TVs, but we shouldn’t have been watching TV anyway. I think I was having trouble receiving their emails when I requested help, so I would be sure to double check communication before my next stay. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. “A home is a home, but this one was a jewel for it's location. We reserved a parking spot a couple blocks away for the weekend. Checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on Sunday. We were able to walk straight out the front door and across the neutral ground to experience the best parades in the world. Plenty of eating options close by with a couple of handy bodegas for essentials let us enjoy the weekend without the car. As a plus, the staff in the pizza restaraunt downstairs were incredible.……

Location is awesome with numerous restaurants, bars and a grocery store within close walking distance. The only downside is the upstairs of this house is leased to others.
