“It was very nice accommodating our needs. My daughters and I were there to visit family so weren’t in cabin much but would go there again. Very easy to get too and was very quiet area I give it 10 stars ”

“We stayed at Frenchy’s Hideaways in the Black Hills. It is a perfect location for visiting Mount Rushmore, Custer Stare Park, Sylvan Lake, Crazy Horse, and the Needles Hwy. Such a beautiful area! The cabin was perfect for my husband, dog and myself. With a full kitchen, we weren’t forced to eat out every day and had more time to explore the area. The location was perfect as a central spot for us be able to visit the areas we were hoping to see. ”

“The cabin is pristine, and Lori has been so thoughtful in every nook, cranny, and corner of it. The Bose system for music, the already-prepared firewood and starters - hard to list it all but you'll feel how thoughtful she's been as you explore inside. The lack of light pollution is completely true - we actually saw the milky way on the first night, which was mind-blowing. Download a 'stars' app and spot them all while you soak in the hot tub. Pure bliss. Something that really struck me was……

“Place was quiet and clean and convenient to Custer State Park. Lots of deer, turkeys, etc around the property and Forest Service trails are just across the road. Be aware this is not a separate cabin, it is a unit in a building of three units so you will likely have neighbors. That was not at all clear from the online listing. Fortunately it was not a big issue during our trip, but it could be if neighbors are loud or have lots of kids.”

“I love that these cabins are off the main road so you feel like you are out in the country but really you are only a mile off the highway going through Custer. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfy, nice bathroom. WiFi and a small tv were nice too. Great communication with the owners. Very friendly. I hope to return again someday!! ”
