The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They put hot water bottles in our beds every evening, along with a pitcher of hot water for tea. The hotel has a number of activities for guests, such as a cooking class and weaving demonstration, that are a great introduction to Cusco. And their breakfast is awesome. They make fresh waffles, pancakes, eggs, etc for you every day, and always have a ton of other options to choose from. The bar makes a mean Pisco sour (one of the best we had in Peru) with a long happy hour from 5-9 every day. We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly return if we're ever luck enough to go back to Cusco.
