“Was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect home base to return to after all the wedding activities. Very quiet and peaceful at night, incredibly comfy bed. Juan gave very clear check-in instructions. Late afternoon walk around the neighborhood was gorgeous. For shower, note the color markings on the wall, blue "C" is cold water. For accessibility, note there are a few steps to get to the entrance and a step to get into the bathroom, neighborhood is on a steep hill. 100% recommend Juan's……

“This was a small but mighty space. It had all the things we would have at home but in a smaller space, which it did not feel like so. There was a lot of space for the kids to play outside and thank you for 2 tv's. I was able to lounge while the girls were able to watch cartoons. ”

“Comfortable bed. Dated furniture but all works as described. 1 parking spot but plenty of street parking. This is a full kitchen to accommodate any cooking you might desire. Would stay again. ”

“Close to most everything in Los Feliz ”

“The host canceled our stay on the same day of arrival due to plumbing issues. I was just a little disturbed with still being charged a large amount. Just an admonishment to those reading my review, beware of scams. I am not saying that is what this was, but it is very possible. I am not a happy Expedia customer right now!”

“Very cute place in a lovely neighborhood. Bathroom is small but very functional and the patio out front was really nice. 2 dogs living in main house were sweet and affectionate. Would definitely stay here again! Very nice. A tiny odor from carpet (I think) when we arrived but was not bad at all. ”

“Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. Thanks a million for sharing your lovely retreat with us we hope to come back soon!”
