“Clint's cabin was perfect for our family of 3. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Only thing that might have been helpful would have been more towels and rags in the bathroom and kitchen. We had 1 towel and rag per person for 5 nights and only 1 dish rag and dish towel in the kitchen for the 5 day stay, but we made it work with no problem. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. “We’ve stayed in many VRBO places and this is my very favorite. Hated to leave. Loved the creek running right by the house and spent a lot of time enjoying it. Home is beautifully decorated, well stocked, easy to get into Franklin. Didn’t have a chance to use the fire circles as the weather didn’t cooperate on the day we were free. Nice hike at Rufus Morgan trail and gorgeous views at Wayah Bald and tower. Kathy was very responsive to any questions. Hope to return some day ”

“Decided on this place after reading the reviews, and so glad I did! Location was perfect and was a 15 - 20 minute drive to everywhere on our list to visit (Cherokee, Silva, Dillsboro, & Bryson city) and an hour to Gatlinburg.
