“I didn’t notice that you had to check in 24 hrs prior, which made the check in process difficult as the owner was on vacation. The property had a parking spot right outside the room. Minutes from the beach and local businesses. Only take away were no sink in the kitchen which made it hard to clean up and regardless of how spotless the owner kept the property we had 3 Jurassic Park sized roaches in our kitchen and bathroom area, which I am assuming is normal but I am ridiculously afraid of bugs……

“This was an awsome little apartment. Felt really safe, amazing responsive body, great communication. “Property is in very good conditions. Very nice unit. Owners communicated with us diligently. We are very satisfied with the “Casita”. No complains with the apartment. The only complain is more related with the owners of El Conquistador, they don’t allow “Las Casitas” residents that booked with third parties to use or enter their facilities in the hotel. That’s a bummer. Other than that, the stay was awesome!”

“The home was really clean, all the little extras such as coffee, extra blankets, board games, cards, toiletries and even extra kitchen, bath and beach towels were provided! Air conditioning and fans were great too! The check in code at the gate didn’t work upon check in, however, there was security that was able to successfully buzz us in after confirming our stay. Then the code didn’t work the second time, however it was a user error and the host was very responsive at getting back to us……
