“What a gem this place is! My fiance and I stayed here for a couple of nights after Christmas for a mini getaway, just the two of us. Fantastic views, super clean property, and this space had everything we needed. We grilled, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed some time playing cards next to the fireplace. The location is also down the street from Starbucks, a liquor store, and a grocery store - our essentials ha! Cannot recommend this place enough, thank you! ”

“The location of the property was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see in and around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. We enjoyed staying in the heart of Federal Hill because it offered us an authentic neighborhood experience. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the amenities that we needed. It was truly charming!”

“Being able to walk down the sidewalk to the Visitor's Entrance at the USNA meant we got to maximize our time with our plebe. The best part about this location was we didn't have to stress over the traffic and parking situation at all (and the traffic was a lot!). We got to walk back with him each evening and on Sunday morning he was able to walk over to us when he was released. The second best part was while he was catching up with family and friends on his phone or just enjoying the peace……

“What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. There were two red vinyl upholstered chairs around a small dining room table with large damage to their faux leather covers. - The pullout……

“At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a challenge with the winding staircase for 3 senior ladies but we got along fine climbing them several times a day. I loved the historical feel of the brick and staircase.. Mr. Smith……
