Excellent from start to finish. Delighted we were given a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. All the staff we encountered were exceptional including check-in & out ,bars ,breakfast room & Cedars Steakhouse. George the groundsman was super friendly and gave advice on the walks & estate facilities. ...

A must-go castle hotel

A must go midway place if you travel from Londonderry to Dublin (or vice versa). Reasonable price & good food in the bar & restaurant. If you drive there, your car can be parked next to your room, extremely convenient.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our travels meeting up with our family. The great breakfast gave us a good start to each day. I was particularly pleased as there was an excellent selection for me-I am only able to eat gluten-free. Well done!

Great visit, Room was wonderful, Restaurant was fabulous and we had a great time partying with the locals in the Pub!! 1 hour outside Dublin to drive or a train 15 minutes away. We did both and we're happy with each option. We will be back for sure. Kindest people you will meet!!!
