✦ Location: Room located on the 1st floor in the East building, 2 minute walk to Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

The Space:
Starting April 8 to June 8, the Grand Lodge will be closed for repair work.

Effective June 9, 2025, a mandatory $20 daily resort fee will be collected after your reservation is booked. This fee will be processed via the guidebook and applies to all reservations, regardless of amenity usage. This is assessed by the building/HOA and we as a management company can't waive this fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

The Grand Lodge Overview

Pros
+ Prime Location: Less than an 8-minute walk to the base of the ski resort, passing by a coffee shop and restaurants.
+ Great Amenities:
+ Indoor/outdoor pool and large hot tub—clean and well-maintained.
+ Large steam room for post-ski relaxation.
+ Free Parking: Each room comes with one parking pass for outdoor parking.
+ Convenient Mini Kitchens: Every room is equipped with a mini kitchen, perfect for snacks.
+ Romantic in unit fireplace
+ Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, ski storage, ski shuttle, fitness, pool, hot tub
+ Pet-Friendly: $50 for one pet, $75 for two.

Cons
- Building Management: Managed by a separate company that controls amenities; they may close amenities without notice.
- WiFi can be an issue in these units. The management is working on a new WiFi system, but depending on total occupancy in the building, WiFi can sometimes have issues.
- Older Building: Rooms show some wear but are kept very clean.
- No Air Conditioning: Rooms have heat but no air conditioning.
- Overall: The Grand Lodge is ideal if you prioritize location and convenience, but it may not meet 5-star expectations.
- No daily maid service, linen turnover for $50 with a 24 hour notice.

Please Note: The Steam Room is currently under renovation. We will remove this notice when the work is completed and the Steam Room is back in action. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking, (guests are given one parking pass per room ) EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities

The Neighborhood:
Elk Avenue is a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.
Crested Butte offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge Crested Butte Colorado. Landmarks and attractions that are easily accessible from The Grand Lodge Crested Butte include the Donita’s Cantina. The Grand Lodge at Crested Butte is just a 14-minute walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

Getting Around:
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking ( guests are given one parking pass per room )lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

This property does not have air conditioning.

Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $50.
