“I cannot recommend Sugarloaf Lodge enough! Located only 15 minutes drive out of Jindabyne, it was the perfect country escape. It was so peaceful and quiet and the perfect place to disconnect for a while and to just sit back, relax in the sunshine and by the fire and just enjoy the mountains. As a large family with 7 adults and 1 infant that also enjoys cooking, we could not have asked for more when it came to the Lodge. The kitchen and house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy this……

“Over all it was a lovely property with beautiful views and was clean. Although did have one major issue. The mattresses were so uncomfortable we could feel the springs inside. We all complained about the bedding.”

“The property is exactly what you’d imagine an Alpine stay to be. The field hut was a marvel, we must of spent the first half an hour checking out how well appointed the field hut was. Warm tones, copper fittings, lovely rugs, generous lounge room with a great view. We walked in to a warm, gently lit house after driving 5 hours and arriving at night. It was bang on for the weary traveller! Sonja and Warren were very accommodating. They even prepared a sleeping cot and high chair for our little……

“Superb, cannot fault this beautiful property and location for the snow. Jane, the host always communicated well with any questions we had. All the children had a fantastic time, loved the tennis court, pool table, ping pong and the dart board !!! The adults relaxed by the open fire and had quality family time together.
