There were good and not so good things. Although the staff was friendly, I was getting mixed/conflicting answers from the employees. The parking lot was filled with really bad potholes so it was hard to maneuver around them because parking was tight to begin with. When we called to confirm the reservation, I was told the pool heater was broken and then at check in, I was told it was fixed but would take a while to heat back up. I was frustrated because that was the main reason we picked it and there was no notification that it was down. If we knew, we would have selected another hotel. There was chewing gum on the pool floor that was the there every time we went to swim. There was a pretty big stain on the sofa and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall there were a lot of things that seemed run down but pretty clean besides the gum. Breakfast was crowded and not enough seating. Also the tater tots were cold and gross even when they had just refilled them. One positive is the room size was great! For 2 adults and 4 kids, I didn’t feel cramped. The one tv was rough though because only the sofa or the beds could be watching , not both. There wasn’t anything major that would cause us to not come back, however I did feel like it was a little overpriced and nothing to make me wanna come back. It wasn’t bad for like a one or two night stay.
