“Clean good a/c”

“This was basic hotel room for an overnight. No pool, business center, breakfast buffet, exercise room but a good bed and shower. Along with a full size refrigerator, gave us all we needed. Did a men tion lowest priced hotel room we've seen in years??”

“I’ve stayed here a few times, not any real issues…There’s limited towels, soap etc…Decent TV and channels, fridge has got a mini freezer, beds and pillows are decent for a night or two…But this time we saw a few (little) roaches, but I whacked ‘em and we saw no more…All n all its above many other hotels in the price range…tg”

“Great place to stay we found it very comfortable and relaxing after long day of working. If we have to go back to the Houston Tx area again we will check this location first to see if it is available. Host and her family are all very nice and my husband really enjoyed talking with son. We also enjoyed watching the goats. ”

“The door to my room had a large gap underneath it. I could hear the bed squeaking in the room next to me. The doorknob to the bathroom was barely hanging on. The A/C unit only allows you to set it 68 degrees which means the room will only get down to 70 at the best. ”

“My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this home! It’s clean and cozy and the pictures didn’t do it justice. They really thought of the guest by having the little things to get you started like dish soap, laundry supplies, bath soaps, extra pillows and blankets, even a pack and play for your little one! We enjoyed having the TV’s in the bedrooms for our kids and wifi as well. Neighborhood was quiet and a quick trip to town! We stayed here to attend a wedding at The Springs and it was very……

“This stay is all that is advertised and more! The setting is so beautiful and secluded in a very nice subdivision. The home is very modern cozy and clean. The owner is very responsive and accomodating. I would highly recommend this property!”

“We came down to attend a concert at Toyota Center so the house was a little further out than we wanted but it was amazing nonetheless. We were able to uber for not a whole lot. James was very helpful & answered all my texts promptly. My sister in law & I had discussed renting this house again in the summer time & bring our kids. The pool was beautiful but because it’s middle of November we didn’t get to get in. We did use the fire pit tho & we had a good 2 nights staying here. Thank you James……
