Nice location, needs work
This rental is an old house that has new flooring,paint and appliances but still needs a lot of work to make it a nice place to stay for a vacation. It has old squeeky hinges in the kitchen, most other doors stick and the windows don't lock so safety is a concern when not home.
The decor is more shabby than chic, the Windows are old single pane and disgustingly dirty. Many things need a good deep cleaning like the kitchen drawers, the back deck, and yard.
The deck is undecorated besides two chairs. It could be decoratedwith a mat, cushions on the outdoor metal chairs, or with flower pots. It isn't.
As it is the pots that exist on the lawn and out front have dead or dying plants in them. Front yard is overgrown and only wild plants. The Sidewalk is broken and heaving. The Microwave is on top of the fridge so almost inaccessible and certainly dangerous to remove hot liquids.
There is a barbecue but it's not listed so I assume it's unusable as it's filthy.
If I can add pictures I will.
Not worth what we paid for it.
