“This was the BEST home we have ever rented for our summer getaway. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and perfectly located for our UTV trail riding. We enjoyed watching the deer in the yard, and visiting the local restaurants. Very nice!”

“This little cabin was perfect for our weekend stay. There were five adults, but we never felt cramped. It was nice to be together in the same space versus staying in three hotel rooms. We had everything we needed. The cabin was neat and very clean. It has the old world charm of a by-gone era of the old-time resorts, but the interior has been gutted and redone with new flooring, walls, and furniture. We will definitely stay here again!”

“This is a great place to stay with friends or family. There is great trails all around to ride. The cabin was so clean and relaxing, perfect for our trip!”

“This was a great place to stay for a group of friends. The game room and bar area was a lot of fun. The property manager responded very quickly and was easy to work with. My only critique is that the kitchen area could use a bit of filling out, with effectively no consumables or spices available and an odd scattering of kitchen tools/pans, with heavy wear.”

“This place was as advertised minus the grill, which was hidden in the shed and looked like it had not been cleaned ever and had 1/4 tank of propane. Very clean, welcoming, spacious, and all the beds were comfy!! Sadly very disappointed with the absence of communication with the hosts. I tried twice to get a hold of someone and nothing. We had a broken toilet, which we fixed ourselves, a broken coffee pot, and had to search the entire house for any manual regarding information about the house.……

“Overall it is a very nice cabin with a beautiful view. The cabin was nicely stocked and the beds were comfortable. It is easy to get to and close to Hayward. There are ATV roads that you can take to get to the trails. We loved the large table that we could all gather around. The owners were very easy to talk to and addressed all of our questions quickly. It was hard to get much wi-fi so a dvd player would be nice to watch movies. Sound travels easily here, so the creaky floors and some snoring……

“Although the weather didn’t cooperate for swimming, kayaking and pontoon rides, we had a blast in the game room and enjoying late night movies in the comfortable livingroom or laughter filled conversations in the screen porch. We also had a great experience at the Rustic Lodge and Patti’s on 70. We received rapid responses from the host when we had questions which was appreciated.it was a great stay and we will be back in the fall!!”

“Beautiful area and the cabin has a very nice layout We did notice that the kitchen light was missing a bulb or two. We tried to change them but the anchor screws on the light globe were tight There was a nice spot for a bonfire; however there was no split wood available. All in all, a lovely area and cabin. Thank you”

“Great location. One of the best stocked homes we have stated at. Close to gas station for fueling our ATV's. Nice little lake, we caught a few fish. The owners we great to work with, very quick response with any question I had for them. We didnt have to trailer to get to any trails. Hayward is a great town to explore.”
